Job Summary


DeskPoint Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling documentation, scheduling, data management, and supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive attitude to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Manage correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official communications.

  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases accurately.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.

  • Handle document preparation, scanning, and filing in compliance with company policies.

  • Support HR, finance, and operations teams with daily administrative tasks.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration or support roles.

  • Freshers with strong skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.




Working Hours



  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexible work options may be available depending on project requirements.
