Job Summary:
AdminLink Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin Staff to join our remote team. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize digital and physical records efficiently.
- Handle email correspondence, documentation, and data entry tasks.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies and manage procurement requests remotely.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (Freshers with exceptional skills can apply).
- Prior experience working remotely is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with a requirement to be available during core business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Part-time opportunities may be available.
