Job Description


We are actively hiring a well-presented and reliable Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our growing team. This dual-role position is ideal for individuals who are organized, friendly, and able to multitask efficiently. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional front office while also supporting various administrative functions. Immediate joining preferred.




Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and direct guests to the appropriate departments

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist in calendar coordination

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the office team

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and mail distribution

  • Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management and procurement

  • Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times

  • Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and documentation tasks




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum education: High school diploma; diploma or degree in business, administration, or hospitality is a plus

  • Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset

  • Basic computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment

  • Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred but freshers are welcome to apply




Experience



  • 0–3 years of experience in reception, front desk, or administrative roles

  • On-the-job training will be provided for freshers




Working Hours



  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

  • Occasional weekend support or extended hours may be required during events or peak times
