Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy E-commerce Support Executive to join our remote customer success team. Based in Canada, you will play a crucial role in providing timely, professional, and solutions-focused support to our online customers and partners. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle customer inquiries via email, live chat, and support tickets

  • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, payments, tracking, and account access

  • Troubleshoot technical and product-related problems across e-commerce platforms

  • Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, product) to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Update product listings, prices, and availability as required

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure positive customer journeys

  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate customer records

  • Identify and report trends in user issues for ongoing process improvement




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced virtual environment

  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in communication




Experience



  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support

  • Prior experience in a remote or virtual customer support role is an asset

  • Experience working with Canadian or North American online retailers is preferred




Working Hours



  • Fully remote position – work from anywhere in Canada

  • Full-time or part-time hours, depending on availability

  • Some flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts is a plus




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Solid understanding of online shopping platforms and digital order workflows

  • Comfortable using cloud-based tools and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, etc.)

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

  • Ability to manage customer expectations with professionalism and empathy
