As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information or escalating when necessary
- Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Document all call information accurately in the system
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and training updates
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- A quiet and distraction-free work environment
- High-speed internet and a reliable computer or laptop
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle stress professionally
Experience
- Previous call center, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
- Entry-level candidates are welcome – full training will be provided
Working Hours
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
