As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.




Key Responsibilities



  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information or escalating when necessary

  • Make outbound follow-up calls as needed

  • Document all call information accurately in the system

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and training updates




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

  • A quiet and distraction-free work environment

  • High-speed internet and a reliable computer or laptop

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle stress professionally




Experience



  • Previous call center, customer service, or retail experience is a plus

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome – full training will be provided
