You will be responsible for resolving customer queries through voice or non-voice processes, ensuring a positive shopping experience for millions of Flipkart users.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, or email in a courteous and timely manner

  • Assist customers with order status, returns, refunds, payments, and product-related information

  • Handle escalations with patience and professionalism

  • Follow defined processes, scripts, and standard operating procedures

  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings by delivering quality service

  • Record interactions accurately in the system

  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors for issue resolution




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate (any stream)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other Indian languages are a plus)

  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts




Experience



  • No prior experience required – freshers are welcome

  • Experience in BPO, customer care, or retail support is an added advantage




Working Hours



  • Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)

  • Weekly off on rotational basis

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available (depending on project)




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Good listening and comprehension skills

  • Customer-first approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is helpful
