As a Guest Relationship Executive at Fresher Jobs Hub, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all visitors and clients receive a warm and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a positive interaction with the company. Your role is vital in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and providing a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in managing guest schedules and appointments with company personnel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that guest needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information regarding company services, events, and other inquiries.
- Manage guest feedback and ensure follow-up on any unresolved issues.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for guest check-ins.
- Support administrative tasks such as answering calls and managing emails.
- Assist with any special requests from guests or management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- High level of customer service orientation.
- Basic understanding of hospitality or guest relations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or front desk roles is preferred but not required.
- Freshers with a passion for customer service and hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Flexibility may be required for weekend or evening shifts during special events or peak periods.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of hospitality or front desk operations.
- Ability to manage guest expectations and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (telephone systems, computers, etc.).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with poise.
