Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Product UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
• Develop and maintain a design system and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Working Hours:

• This is a full-time remote position, with flexible working hours to accommodate team collaboration across time zones.
