Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement account strategies to meet clients objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics, analyze trends, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and delivery of services that meet client expectations.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, contributing to overall company revenue.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to account management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote setting is preferred.
  • Background in digital marketing, software sales, or related industries is a plus.
