Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Medical Scribe to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing audio recordings from healthcare providers into written reports, summaries, or other documents. Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe and document medical dictations, patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
• Assist healthcare providers during consultations by scribing real-time documentation into Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ensure that all medical reports are accurate, complete, and free from errors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to clarify unclear dictations or to ensure the accuracy of transcribed information.
• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with medical terminology and procedures to ensure accurate documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Medical Transcription or Medical Scribing is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and transcription software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical transcription or scribing.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals or in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Experience with various EHR systems and transcription software is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
