Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking an experienced, dedicated Overnight Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will provide timely, professional, and empathetic support to customers who need assistance outside of regular business hours. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate customer support via email, chat, and phone during overnight shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including technical support and service inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of customer support experience, ideally in a remote or overnight setting.
- Experience in handling technical support inquiries is a plus.
- Previous experience working with diverse customer bases is highly preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with overnight shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM or similar).
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
