Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and accurate assistance via email, phone, and chat.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in onboarding, training, and using Fresher Jobs Hub platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to address customer feedback and improve service offerings.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their goals are being met.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our services and drive customer retention and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Specialist, Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support roles, ideally in a technology, SaaS, or recruitment-related industry.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Flexibility may be required to accommodate customer needs across different time zones.

  • In-depth knowledge of customer success best practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Skilled at analyzing customer data to drive insights and improvements.
