Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer conversations and actions taken using CRM tools.

• Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, or issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

• Adhere to all company policies, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work evening and night shifts, including weekends.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly preferred.
