Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Experience

  • No prior experience required, though data entry or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance setting is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts available (e.g., 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM).
