Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and boost sales.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media integration.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance, traffic data, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure products are properly positioned and promoted online.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product listings, pricing updates, and promotions.
  • Oversee the online sales funnel, including order fulfillment, customer service integration, and returns management.
  • Work closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement necessary enhancements on the e-commerce site.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and efficient purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways and delivery partners, to optimize operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles, preferably within the retail or technology sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in managing online sales, digital marketing campaigns, and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs, especially during peak sales periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and online shopping trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
