Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or remote work environment.
  • Previous experience working with logistics, customer service, or operations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks remotely and maintain communication channels.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible remote schedule with core working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM (based on time zone alignment with the assigned team).
  • Occasional meetings or deadlines may require slight time flexibility.
  • Part-time and full-time schedules available, depending on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal teams and external customers.
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining clear communication with supervisors.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to changing environments and priorities.
