  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay informed about industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technical support or IT-related services is a plus.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available to work during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
