OneTech Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring data integrity, which is essential for supporting our operational efficiency and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary.
- Perform regular data audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and generate reports as required by management.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of data management and database structures is a plus.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data management software is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, allowing you to choose your schedule within our core business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST).
