Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required by management.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of data management and database structures is a plus.

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or data management software is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, allowing you to choose your schedule within our core business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST).
