Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Experience with database management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology is advantageous.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time remote position with a flexible schedule. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with occasional overtime as needed.
