OneTech Associates is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales (Business Development) Intern for a paid summer internship. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within a rapidly growing technology company. As an intern, you will be an integral part of our sales team, assisting in various initiatives aimed at increasing market share and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and outreach.
  • Support the sales team in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, contributing ideas and insights to drive sales initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data on prospects and leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance our brand visibility.
  • Shadow senior sales representatives during client meetings and calls to gain firsthand experience in client relationship management.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics for events and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is a plus but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week) during the summer internship period.
