IT Sight Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates in BTech, BCA, or BSc IT for the role of Semi-Tech Support Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless technical support to our clients while gaining hands-on experience in IT solutions and support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT systems as per client requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on standard software and hardware systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving support processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in BTech, BCA, or BSc IT (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of basic IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting tools.
Experience
- No prior experience is required; this role is designed for freshers.
- Any internships or academic projects in IT support or related fields will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required based on project needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux is a plus.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals like LAN/WAN configurations.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts is advantageous.
