IT Sight Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates in BTech, BCA, or BSc IT for the role of Semi-Tech Support Executive. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless technical support to our clients while gaining hands-on experience in IT solutions and support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in the ticketing system.
• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT systems as per client requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on standard software and hardware systems.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving support processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in BTech, BCA, or BSc IT (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of basic IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting tools.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; this role is designed for freshers.
• Any internships or academic projects in IT support or related fields will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required based on project needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals like LAN/WAN configurations.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle queries professionally.
• Basic understanding of ITIL concepts is advantageous.
