The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and contributing to the growth of our sales portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive client acquisition through effective lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Present and promote IT Sight Technologies products and services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the Branch Sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts to assist with strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Tamil.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude with a focus on achieving results.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
• Prior experience in client acquisition or branch sales roles is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer behaviors in Chennai.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
