We are looking for a creative and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team. If you know how to craft compelling email content, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance, this role is for you. You will work on exciting projects for global brands and startups across a variety of industries, all from the comfort of your home.



Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, write, and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar

  • Build and segment mailing lists for effective targeting

  • Design visually engaging emails using templates or HTML (as needed)

  • Optimize email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action for performance

  • Track KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and conversions, and report results

  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve results

  • Ensure email deliverability and compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)



Requirements



  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, HubSpot)

  • Understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and analytics

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns

  • Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe XD) or HTML knowledge

  • Reliable internet connection and excellent communication skills
