Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to provide information about products or services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into potential customers through effective communication.
• Follow up on customer calls and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the company.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and sales strategies.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelors degree is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and local languages.

Experience
