Key Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to orders, payments, returns, and product-related concerns.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and the overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using internal systems.
- Escalations: Redirect complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.
- Policy Adherence: Stay updated on Flipkarts policies, procedures, and product catalog.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software (e.g., CRM tools).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with shifts available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST.
- 5-6 working days per week with rotational shifts.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setup.
