Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to introduce OneTechs products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations via virtual meetings or calls, explaining product features, benefits, and addressing client queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in CRM software.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and the companys product offerings to provide the most accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance product promotion and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and online.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and other virtual communication platforms.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in remote roles, is highly preferred.
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales will be considered an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is a plus.
Working Hours:
