Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues in a simple and clear manner.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and understand customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a call center or remote support role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or retail services is beneficial.

Working Hours:
