Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers.
  • Assist passengers with seating arrangements, luggage, and any special requests.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any concerns during the flight.
  • Monitor cabin conditions, including temperature, lighting, and cleanliness.
  • Administer first aid and provide emergency assistance in case of medical emergencies or evacuations.
  • Ensure compliance with airline policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight services as per company standards.
  • Handle passenger complaints and escalate issues to the relevant authorities when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations throughout the flight.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or emergency situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and assisting passengers.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • On-the-job training will be provided to all new hires.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time positions available.
  • Flight schedules require flexible working hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • Rotational shifts, with time off between flights.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with fellow crew members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and assist passengers with luggage or seating.
