- Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, job market shifts, and recruitment best practices.
- Follow-Ups: Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview feedback, and other updates.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional recruitment-related or administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Recruitment Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in candidate tracking and communications.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work during overlapping hours with international clients (typically US/UK shifts).
