- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation processes.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential to convert into customers.
- Report on lead generation efforts, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and lead generation techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development (preferably in a remote setting).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality outreach efforts.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records of interactions with leads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a remote or virtual work environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies and lead generation techniques is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms for business outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) is a benefit.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position with flexible working hours.
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week.
- Ability to work during peak business hours based on your timezone, with flexibility on specific hours.
- Must be available to respond to emails and perform outreach at least 3-4 days a week.
