Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online databases, social media platforms, and industry resources.
- Generate high-quality leads using a variety of methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
- Maintain and update accurate lead information in CRM systems to ensure follow-ups and tracking are streamlined.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria, and initiate the first contact to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the sales process.
- Continuously analyze and report on lead generation performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and messaging for maximum lead conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar roles (preferably in a B2B environment).
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online marketing platforms.
- A positive, motivated attitude with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or related fields.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of various lead generation strategies and techniques, such as cold calling, inbound marketing, and email campaigns.
- Previous experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
