Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process orders efficiently within the distribution center, ensuring proper packaging and accurate order picking.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure proper labeling and tracking for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools to move and store inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, ensuring quick turnaround times for orders.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment and organization in the warehouse.
• Maintain safety standards in all operational processes, adhering to Amazons guidelines and protocols.
• Track and report performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in operations.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and improve the order fulfillment process.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues.
• Comfortable with using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift packages throughout the day (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with team members.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with software programs such as MS Office.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment is preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is an advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with varying shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and processes, including shipping, inventory management, and packaging.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
