Job Summary:

As an Amazon Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on shipping and receiving activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping and Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying shipment contents, checking for discrepancies, and ensuring timely processing.

• Packaging and Labeling: Ensure that products are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipping, meeting all safety and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that warehouse equipment and products are handled safely and efficiently.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries using warehouse management software.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse assistants, supervisors, and managers to meet operational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work towards increasing warehouse efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
