We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Returns Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Returns Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing customer returns and ensuring that returned products meet Amazons quality control standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence by managing the returns process, resolving customer issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the returns department. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer returns, from initiation through to resolution.
  • Process returned goods efficiently and ensure adherence to Amazons quality standards.
  • Inspect and assess returned products to determine their condition and ensure they are handled appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to manage the movement of returned goods back into inventory or for disposal, as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues with returned items, working closely with customers and relevant departments.
  • Analyze data and trends related to returns to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all returns are processed in compliance with Amazons policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of returns and related transactions in Amazons systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve the returns process, increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, returns management, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazons internal tools and systems (such as Amazon Seller Central) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in quality control or warehouse/logistics operations is beneficial.
  • Experience in problem-solving, issue resolution, and dealing with customer inquiries is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Available for shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
