Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to Amazons operational standards.
• Use handheld devices to scan barcodes, track inventory, and verify product quantities.
• Ensure products are handled with care to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to optimize workflow.
• Participate in inventory control, including counting, sorting, and restocking.
• Meet productivity targets while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure the timely processing of orders.
• Assist with loading and unloading of products and materials as needed.
• Support the team with other fulfillment tasks such as order inspection, labeling, and shipment preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks.
• Basic math skills to ensure accurate order picking and packing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable using technology such as handheld devices and scanners.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to varying work schedules and conditions.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in order picking, packing, or inventory control is a plus.
• Experience using basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
