Key Responsibilities

• Track and Manage Stock Levels: Regularly monitor and track inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts.
• Inventory Audits: Conduct routine inventory audits to verify stock availability, report discrepancies, and maintain stock integrity.
• Stock Organization: Organize the warehouse for optimal stock placement, ensuring easy access for quick retrieval and restocking.
• Update Systems: Maintain and update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels and movements.
• Coordinate with Team: Work with warehouse associates and supervisors to resolve inventory-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Report Discrepancies: Identify any discrepancies between physical stock and system data, investigate, and report issues.
• Assist in Stock Replenishment: Assist in replenishing stock and ensuring the warehouse meets its operational requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels effectively and efficiently.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficient with inventory management software and basic computer tools.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual tasks such as lifting, sorting, and moving stock.

Experience

• Previous Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse environment or inventory management is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Experience with Inventory Software: Familiarity with inventory management systems or related tools is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, requiring flexibility in working hours.
• Evening and weekend shifts may be required depending on warehouse operational needs.
