Key Responsibilities

• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping manifests, and provide regular reports to management regarding dispatch activities.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all shipping operations comply with Amazons safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field, preferably in a shipping coordinator or similar role.
• Experience with managing dispatch, overseeing transportation networks, and working with shipping systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail logistics is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours, including possible shifts, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs.
