Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Logistics Support team member to assist in managing workflows and optimizing processes at our fulfillment centers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly by coordinating various logistics and warehouse processes. You will work closely with our warehouse management team to ensure all shipments, inventory management, and workflows are handled efficiently and in line with Amazons high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Oversee and streamline daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory records, and work with the team to maintain proper inventory management procedures.
• Process Optimization: Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other warehouse teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of products while adhering to Amazons standards for quality and safety.
• Problem Solving: Resolve logistical issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools safely (training provided if necessary).
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking shipments/inventory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment is preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Experience with inventory systems, order fulfillment, or warehouse management software is a plus.

Working Hours

• This role typically follows a full-time schedule with shifts that may vary. Expect flexibility, including weekends and potential evening shifts.
• Full-time employees are expected to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime based on operational needs.
