Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Handle inventory, sort products, and ensure stock is properly stored and organized.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality assurance and accuracy.
• Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld devices, where necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Problem Solving: Address issues related to product handling and storage while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 49 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in packing and sorting products.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Time Management: Capable of managing time effectively to meet productivity goals.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with team members and supervisors.

Experience:

• No prior warehouse experience is required. We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed in this role.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production environments is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
• Part-Time: Flexible hours available.
• Shift Options: Day, evening, and night shifts available, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Seasonal Opportunities: Short-term roles are also available, with immediate start dates.
