Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all items are properly packed, labeled, and ready for shipping.
• Perform quality control checks to verify the accuracy of orders before shipping.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse to meet Amazons safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and carts safely.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move packages.

• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to shifts based on warehouse needs.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus but not necessary.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available, including part-time and full-time options.
• Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts may be available, based on availability.
• Flexibility to change shifts as needed to accommodate personal schedules.
