Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements



  • 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate (any stream)

  • Freshers are welcome; no prior customer service experience needed

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)

  • Customer-friendly attitude with patience and empathy

  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal laptop or smartphone
