Key Responsibilities

• Product Sorting and Staging: Assist with sorting products based on size, category, and destination to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Packing and Shipping: Pack products securely, ensuring orders are prepared and shipped efficiently to meet delivery expectations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from shelves using scanners or other automated systems and prepare them for shipping.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure daily goals are met and operational standards are followed.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages up to 49 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on precision while packing, sorting, and scanning items to ensure accuracy.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with teammates and supervisors.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or the ability to learn new technology quickly.

Experience

• Previous Warehouse Experience: Not required but preferred.
• Work in Fast-Paced Environments: Experience in a similar high-demand, fast-paced work environment is beneficial.
• Teamwork: Experience working in team settings with shared goals will be advantageous.

Working Hours

• Full-time positions available with both day and night shifts open. Flexible hours are available for those looking to work in either shift depending on preference.
• Shifts generally range from 8-10 hours, with overtime available based on demand.
