• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor belts (training provided where necessary).
• Problem-Solving: Address issues that arise during the process of order fulfillment and proactively seek solutions to improve efficiency.
• Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
• Communication Skills: Basic ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

• Previous Experience: Warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Work Environment: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
