Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
- Organize and manage inventory within the warehouse, ensuring all products are stored correctly for easy access.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to receive and track inventory shipments.
- Utilize Amazons warehouse management system to track inventory movements, orders, and stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies in system records.
- Collaborate with other departments to address inventory-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor inventory turnover, and assist in reducing waste or overstocking.
- Provide support for the development and implementation of inventory management strategies and processes.
- Assist in implementing operational improvements to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the warehouse maintains compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software (preferably Amazons Warehouse Management System or similar).
- Good problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle products (including heavy lifting) safely.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within e-commerce or retail, is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control principles.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, with flexible shifts available.
- Shifts may vary, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling inventory data.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, barcodes, RFID, and other tracking methods.
