Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels at all times.
• Organize and manage inventory within the warehouse, ensuring all products are stored correctly for easy access.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to receive and track inventory shipments.
• Utilize Amazons warehouse management system to track inventory movements, orders, and stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies in system records.
• Collaborate with other departments to address inventory-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Monitor inventory turnover, and assist in reducing waste or overstocking.
• Provide support for the development and implementation of inventory management strategies and processes.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the warehouse maintains compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software (preferably Amazons Warehouse Management System or similar).
• Good problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing processes and eliminating inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products (including heavy lifting) safely.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within e-commerce or retail, is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control principles.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, with flexible shifts available.
• Shifts may vary, including weekends and holidays, depending on operational needs.
