Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, including lost baggage claims, flight delays, and other travel-related concerns.
- Provide personalized recommendations and upsell services such as priority boarding or additional luggage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Southwest Airlines offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for record-keeping and service improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer queries and deliver prompt solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of airline industry operations and regulations is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in the travel or airline industry).
- Familiarity with remote working tools and environments is preferred.
