- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office or similar software.

Experience:
