- Meet daily targets and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) for response time and quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve service processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using email platforms and live chat tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.
