Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented females to join our team as Voice Process Executives. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service through phone calls. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns to higher management when necessary.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
• Assist with order processing and track customer orders where applicable.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting quality standards and KPIs.
• Adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and ensure smooth customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and one or more regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or others).
• A clear, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Email).
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of patience and empathy towards customers.
• A quiet home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
• Availability to work part-time hours as specified.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or voice-based roles are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Part-time position, with flexible hours.
