Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus, though not required for enthusiastic beginners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Comfortable with online teaching platforms and technology.
• Ability to customize lessons based on individual student needs.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Experience:

• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is desirable, but not mandatory.
