Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Tutors and Online Tuition Educators. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or group tuition sessions for students of various academic levels.
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment tailored to each students learning style and pace.
• Provide feedback to students and their parents/guardians on progress and areas of improvement.
• Prepare lesson plans, quizzes, and educational materials to support students learning.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and new educational tools.
• Monitor students progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure optimal learning.
• Be available for regular consultations with parents and guardians to discuss student performance and well-being.
• Encourage and motivate students, helping them develop confidence in their abilities.
• Provide homework help and assist with exam preparations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, or related field (or pursuing one).
• Strong command of the subject area(s) you will be teaching (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Patience and empathy towards students.
• Proficient in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple students and their individual needs.
• Experience in teaching/tutoring is preferred but not mandatory (freshers welcome to apply).

Experience:

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, especially for online tutoring roles.
• Experience with different teaching formats such as one-on-one, group sessions, and online teaching.
• Familiarity with educational content creation or lesson planning is advantageous.
• Experience working with students of varying age groups and academic levels is beneficial.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours to accommodate students schedules.
• Part-time and full-time options available.
• Ability to schedule sessions during evenings, weekends, or school holidays depending on student availability.
• As this is a remote position, tutors have the flexibility to work from home.
